Your account and bookings
- Your email address (or Google sign-in), and the home state or country you declare. We use your home state to check whether we can take bookings where you live.
- Your bookings, the points ledger that goes with them, and any reviews you write. Your reviews show your first name, the month and year of your stay, how many nights, and whether you worked from there; never your surname, photo, or country.
- Messages you send to a property through us, and any NomadFare case you open.
Your card
You type your card details into the booking vendor's secure payment form. They go straight to the vendor, never to NomadFare, and we never see or store your card number.
Who else sees what
- The booking vendor and the property get what they need to deliver your stay: your name, contact details, and the booking.
- To stop one person running several accounts, we check the device and email you use with fraud-prevention services. That is used only to keep rewards fair.
- If you click a tour or activity from our partners, the partner learns that the click came from NomadFare, with an id for your account so we can tell which suggestions get used. Nothing else about you is sent.
- We don't sell your data, and we don't share it for advertising.
Your choices
To see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, open a NomadFare case by email. One limit: bookings are records of a sale, and the points ledger is a permanent record in which no entry is ever edited or deleted, so those stay.
